All personnel are equipped with smartphones to ensure immediate contact and confirmation of receipt of call. The company maintains a comprehensive inventory of genuine replacement parts for Otis, Beckett, Armor, Dover, Kone and Thyssen, in its warehouse and service vans, backed up by overnight delivery arrangements with suppliers for special orders.
